Programs & Services

One physician for every chapter of a woman’s health.

Root-cause evaluation, a written individualized health plan, and continuity — instead of a different provider for every symptom.

The Assessment

A 90-minute visit built around your complete picture.

The Comprehensive Women’s Health Assessment is not a questionnaire you complete and never discuss. It is a face-to-face visit with Dr. Shah — preceded by careful preparation on both sides.

Before you meet, you’ll complete a detailed intake and share any recent labs, imaging, medical records, and health-tracking data you have. Dr. Shah reviews this information herself, looking at trends over time and understanding the journey that brought you here. That review means your 90 minutes together are spent on clarification, priorities, and decisions — not on retelling your story from the beginning.

When the right answer involves more than one specialist, Dr. Shah helps build and coordinate that multidisciplinary team — so your care is connected rather than fragmented.

What the visit includes

  • A face-to-face interview and examination with Dr. Shah
  • Review of prior labs, records, and health trends
  • A 90-minute conversation focused on your goals and concerns
  • A written individualized health plan with next steps

Your plan may cover

  • Lifestyle and behavioral recommendations
  • Referrals to trusted specialists when needed
  • Treatment planning, including hormone therapy when appropriate
  • Clear next steps and follow-up timing

How care works

Three steps into individualized care.

I
Step 1

Share your history

Complete a detailed intake and share relevant medical records, previous laboratory results, health data, and your current concerns.

II
Step 2

Meet with Dr. Shah

A comprehensive 90-minute appointment. Because your information is reviewed in advance, the visit focuses on clarification, priorities, and recommendations.

III
Step 3

Receive your plan

Leave with an individualized health plan and clear next steps — then continue with membership or individual follow-up visits.

Records & prior results

Better interpretation,
not unnecessary repetition.

If you already have recent laboratory results or medical records, Dr. Shah will review and use them when clinically appropriate. Additional testing is recommended only when it is needed to answer an important question or guide your care.

Looking at results over time provides context. Patients may be asked to share previous laboratory results, relevant medical records, and health-tracking data before their first appointment.
