Physician-led · Individualized women's health care

Women's health care built around your history, your goals, and what comes next.

We take the time to understand your complete health picture — including your medical history, symptoms, previous testing, health trends, and priorities — before creating an individualized plan for your care.

Meet Dr. Shah

Meet Dr. Seema Shah, and the care she always wished existed.

Dr. Shah created this practice to provide the time and attention that comprehensive women's health care requires. Her approach begins with understanding where a patient has been, what is changing, and what matters most to her now.

She believes that recommendations should be based on the individual — not a standard protocol — and that patients should understand the options, evidence, risks, benefits, and trade-offs involved in their care.

Our approach

First we understand.
Then we treat.

Your health today is connected to where you have been. Before making recommendations, Dr. Shah reviews your history, previous laboratory results, current symptoms, health trends, and personal priorities. This allows your care to be thoughtful, informed, and specific to you.

How it works

Three steps into individualized care.

I
Step 1

Share your history

Complete a detailed intake and provide relevant medical records, previous laboratory results, health data, and your current concerns and priorities.

II
Step 2

Meet with Dr. Shah

Meet with Dr. Shah for a comprehensive 90-minute appointment. Because she reviews your information in advance, the visit can focus on clarification, priorities, recommendations, and next steps.

III
Step 3

Receive your individualized health plan

Leave with clear priorities, recommended next steps, and a written plan designed around your health, goals, and preferences.

Why women deserve more attention

Women's health deserves personalized attention — and that's what we offer.

A rushed, fragmented system misses the context that changes what care should look like. Understanding that context is where real care begins.

40s
Perimenopause onset

The average age perimenopause symptoms can begin — often a decade before most women are told to expect them.

American Heart Association

Cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of death in women — and the conversation around it too often begins too late.

Why Apsara exists

Most women were never taught this. Apsara is here to change that.

For generations, women were left to piece together their own health. Apsara exists to rewrite that story: meeting women at every age with real education, individualized treatment, and personalized concierge care.

01

Education

Understanding your own body, clearly explained and never rushed — so you can make decisions with confidence at every stage.

02

Treatment

Precise, individualized medicine grounded in your history and your goals — not a one-size formula handed down by default.

03

Concierge care

One physician who knows you and stays with you — from a daughter's first questions to midlife and beyond.

A plan, not a protocol

Your individualized health plan evolves with you and your changing priorities.

Your care is not based on a one-size-fits-all formula. Your plan is built around your history, needs, goals, and priorities — and it can change as you do.

i

Shared decisions

We lay out the options, the tradeoffs, and the evidence — then choose the path together.

ii

A living plan

Your individualized health plan evolves with you and your changing priorities.

iii

Direct access

Message Dr. Shah between visits, so adjustments don't have to wait for the next appointment.

iv

Informed by data

We revisit your history, symptoms, and results over time — so your plan reflects how you actually feel.

Records & prior results

Better interpretation,  not unnecessary repetition.

If you already have recent laboratory results or medical records, Dr. Shah will review and use them when clinically appropriate. Additional testing is recommended only when it is needed to answer an important question or guide your care.

Looking at results over time can provide important context. Patients may be asked to share previous laboratory results, relevant medical records, and health-tracking data before their first appointment.

Pricing

A clear path into ongoing care.

Every new patient begins with a Comprehensive Women's Health Assessment. After the assessment, you may choose an annual membership for ongoing support or continue with individual follow-up visits.

Required first step for new patients

Comprehensive Women's Health Assessment

Frequently asked questions

The details, plainly.

What happens at the Comprehensive Women's Health Assessment?+

Your assessment begins before the appointment. Dr. Shah reviews the health history, records, laboratory results, symptoms, and goals you provide in advance. During your 90-minute visit, you will clarify concerns, identify priorities, discuss recommendations, and determine the next steps for your care.

Do I need to repeat lab work I've already had done?+

Not automatically. If you already have recent laboratory results (generally within the last six months) or medical records, Dr. Shah will review and use them when clinically appropriate. Additional testing is recommended only when it is needed to answer an important question or guide your care.

How does the annual membership commitment work?+

Membership is a twelve-month commitment with payments collected monthly for convenience. Standard and founding-member pricing are shown on the Pricing page.

What is pay-per-visit care?+

After completing the Comprehensive Women's Health Assessment, patients who prefer not to join the annual membership can schedule and pay for individual follow-up visits as needed.

Is care provided virtually?+

Many assessments and follow-up appointments can be completed virtually. When an in-person examination or service is clinically appropriate, available options will be discussed with the patient.
